Know all Men by these presents
that I herein make and execute __ my last Will and Testament, wherein I
bequeath to my Wife The Household and Kitchen goods and Restaurant fixtures,
also four Head of Cows and Four Head of yearling Heifer Calvs, and one Gray
Mare 12 years old, to be the property in fee simple for the said Mrs J.P.
Bowman.
And I bequeath to my son W.V. Bowman one new Mitchell wagon, one buggy, one gray Stallion 8 years old and one buck horse 16 years old, one set of double harness, one double barreled Shot gun, one watch, one John Deer 16 inch Sulkey plow, one 2 year old strawberry roan Colt. And I bequeath to my son John R Bowman the Wheat, the
Two leases and the proceeds thereof, the binder, mower and rake, and the
wheat drill, less enough of the proceeds thereof to pay all my debts
including funeral expenses. Dated at Clayton N.M. May 9th, 1902 and
I hereby appoint Robert ____ of Bliss Oklahoma my Executor. Acknowledged before me this 9th day of May 1902 in the town of Clayton Coutny of Union and Territory of New Mexico John C _____ , Notary Public |

Probate Court
To the judge of said court: The undersigned as the Administrator of J.R. Bowman, deceased, respectfully submit the following as a full and correct account of his administration as such administrator from 18th day of September, 1902 to the 18th day of November 1903, which account exhibits not only the debts which have been paid, but also contains a statement of all the debts which have been presented and allowed during the period embraced in this account. 301.20 bush wheat 120.53 |

the Probate Court of the County of Noble and Territory of Oklahoma:
The petition of R _ Wray of said county respectfully represents and shows the J.R. Boman departed this life at Clayton New Mexico on or about the 14th day of May 1902. That said J.R. Boman at the time of his death was a resident of said county of Noble and left estate consisting of real and personal property in said county, the general character, description and probable value of which are as follows: (this is a repeat of the lists in document #5 and #6.) That said deceased left a will bearing date on or about the 9th day of May 1902 which is now in the possession of the probate court of said county ad which petitioner believes and alleges to be the last will and testament of said deceased and the same is herewith presented for probate. That Robert _ Wray the named in said will as executor resides in said county of Noble and Territory of Oklahoma and consents to act as such executor. That the names, ages and residence of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said descendent so far as known to your petitioner are as follows Mrs J.R. Bowman wife (age blank) Noble Co OK W.V. Bowman (23) Noble Co John R. Bowman (4) Noble Co Dated this 20th day of June 1902 |
