Note: On this application, Frank Andis states his father as Wesley
Andis. Our research shows his father is Isaac Andis, although it may be
Isaac Wesley Andis or Wesley Isaac Andis. He also states at the time of
this application in 1918 that both parents are living, but they are living in
two different towns in Hancock County, Indiana (Fortville and Greenfield) -
possibly showing they are either separated or divorced.
