Let us not forget Corporal Gary Dean Nail, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, CPL Nail served our country until April 3rd, 1966 in Quang Nam, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was not married. Gary died when his helicopter crashed into the land. His body was recovered. Gary was born on August 17th, 1945 in Salina, Kansas.
CPL Nail is on panel 06E, line 080 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 2 years.
