PARAGON - Debra A. (Harris) Sample, 41, died Thursday at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was an assembler at Harman Becker in Martinsville.

Survivors include her husband, John Sample of Paragon; two sons, Tim Harris and A.J. Harris, both of Paragon; her father, Jim Harris of Paragon; one brother, James Harris of Gosport; and one sister, Angela Harris of Paragon.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville. Burial will be in Gosport Cemetery.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Debra A. (Harris) Sample, 41, Paragon, died Feb. 1, 2007, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Her husband, John Sample, survives.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville.

Visiting hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gosport Cemetery.

Debra A. (Harris) Sample, 41, Paragon, died Feb. 1, 2007, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born Jan. 13, 1966, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Jim Harris of Paragon and the late Kay (Scalf) Harris.

She married John Sample on Sept. 3, 1994. He survives in Paragon.

She was an assembler at Harman-Becker in Martinsville.

She attended Whitaker Baptist Church.

Other survivors include two sons, Tim and A.J. Harris, both of Paragon; a stepson, Aaron Sample of Paragon; a stepmother, Goldie "Rusty" (Cook) Harris of Paragon; a brother, James Harris of Gosport; a sister, Angela Harris of Paragon; a stepbrother, Teddy Wethington of Indianapolis; a stepsister, Mary Bivins of Paragon; and two grandsons, Trinton Ford and Gavin Ford Harris of Paragon.

She also was preceded in death by a sister, Elaina K. Harris.

The service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville. The Rev. Charles Tinsley will officiate.

Visiting hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gosport Cemetery.
