The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Akard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Smith officiating.

The committal and interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends, 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.

Beverly Gayle Shelley Greer, age 69, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Holston Manor of Kingsport, TN
Along with her parents, Goldie Lee Bevins and step-father George W. Bevins she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Greer; brothers, Clifford Eugene Shelley and Earnest Lee Shelley, Jr.

Beverly is survived by her sisters, Marie Blevins and husband, George of Marion, VA, Pat Cox and husband, Henry of Canton, GA; sisters-in-law, Janet Shelley and Kathryn Shelley; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Akard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Smith officiating.
