Mrs. Fenter went to join the Lord on Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, in Norman.
 
A private family entombment will be in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum under direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
 
Mickey was born March 3, 1937, in Kenvir, Ky. She was one of eight children born to E. Glade and Gladys Mae Hedgecoth Carter. She grew up in the tri-state area of Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia. She was a 1956 graduate of Thomas Walker High School in Ewing, Virginia.
 
She married Donald Ray Fenter on Dec. 22, 1967, in Indianapolis.
 
Mickey worked for a number of years at various jobs while accompanying her husband on assignments to Germany and the United States as a member of the United States Army.
 
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; additionally, she loved visiting family and experiencing good times with friends.
 
She was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. She twice served as President of Post 5263 Ladies Auxiliary, and in addition, as President of the Auxiliary to the Military Order of the Cootie at state and national levels and as State 14th Supreme (Arkanasa, Oklahoma and Texas) President. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
 
She enjoyed traveling. During her lifetime she visited 46 states and 34 foreign countries. Mickey enjoyed life to the fullest.
 
Mickey is survived by her loving husband of 43 years; her son, Gary Wayne Evans and his wife, Gail and granddaughter Olivia Ashley Evans, all of Middlesboro, Ky.; two sisters: Pauline Lorton and Wanda L. Turner; two brothers: Earnest R. Carter and Paul Carter; and many friends and extended family members.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Eugene, Edward, James, Carol Massey and Welma Carter Coker.
 
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Euline was a resident of Lawton, Oklahoma at the time of her passing.
 
She was a 1956 graduate of Thomas Walker High School in Ewing, Virginia.
 
She is survived by her husband Donald.
 
Funeral will be at 1:30 PM Tuesday at the Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Dr. William F. Watkins officiating. A private family entombment will be in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum under the direction of Becker Funeral Home & Cremation service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.

Mickey was born March 3, 1937 in Kenvir, Kentucky. She was one of eight children born to E. Glade and Gladys Mae (Hedgecoth) Carter. She grew up in the tri-state area of Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia. She was a 1956 graduate of Thomas Walker High School in Ewing, Virginia.
She married Donald Ray Fenter on December 22, 1967 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Mickey worked for a number of years at various jobs while accompanying her husband on assignments to Germany and the United States as a member of the United States Army.

Turner, two brothers, Earnest R. Carter and Paul Carter and many friends and extended family members.
