 Springville – Donna A. Meadows, 63, of 85 Greer Lane, Springivlle, died at 7:00 p.m., November 23, 2006 at her residence.

Born July 16, 1943 in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Curtis Napoleon and Bertha Mae (Blake) Andis. She married Franklin Lee Meadows on October 11, 1961 and he survives. She was an Avon Representative for over 25 years and was of the Christian faith.

Surviving along with her husband, Franklin is her mother, Bertha of Springville, one daughter, Tina Lynn Phillips and her husband, Wesley of Springville, one son, Franklin Lee Meadows, II and his fiancée Shanon Goen of Bedford, five grandsons, Daniel Curtis Phillips and his fiancée, Lindsey McDonald, Darren Wesley Phillips, Springville, Sean Mathew Meadows, Dylan Scott Meadows, Ethan Andrew Meadows, Bedford, four sisters, Janice Carol Kern, Bedford, Janet Mae Morrow, Springville, Teresa Gayle Turner, and husband, Rick, Williams and Barbara Jo Perry and husband, William, Springville, three brothers, James Curtis Andis and wife Jan, Michael Kenneth Andis, and David Allen Andis and wife Susan, one sister-in-law, Betty Lou Meadows of Bedford, one brother-in-law, Michael Meadows and wife Mary, Taylorsville, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by: father, two daughters, Tonya Lee and Sonya Dee, one grandson, Christopher Lee Meadows and one sister, Linda Kay Andis.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Rick Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2006.
