Obituary - Eric Paul Buker

Eric P. Buker of Bloomington died Feb. 16 at Bloomington Hospital. He was 43.
Born May 23, 1961, in Monroe County, he was a son of Richard and Barbara (Hamlin) Buker, who survive.
Mr. Buker worked as a brick layer and had belonged to the Brick Layers Union.
Survivors include his mother of Bloomington; his father and a stepmother, Pat Buker, of Avon; a companion, Betty Arthur of Bloomington; a son, Alex Wesley Buker of Spencer; brothers Scott Buker of Greenback, Tenn., and Philip Lucas of Avon; sisters Jeanette Ramer of Franklin, Tenn., and Meri Lyn Bisch of Newberry Park, Calif.; a grandfather, Watson Buker of Spencer; uncles and aunts Tom and Joan Marsh, David and Susie Hamlin, Don and Sue Hamlin, Jerry and Norma Abbitt, Steve and Ann Hamlin, and Byron and Carolyn Buker; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were grandparents Dora Buker and Manford and Beulah Hamlin.
Services were Feb. 19 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer with the Rev. Frank Van Allen officiating. Interment was at Riverside Cemetery.
