Ewin Columbus Rutledge, 92, of Batesville died Sunday in a local nursing home.

He was born in Salado. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services were held and burial was in Hutchinson Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Willis Funeral Service of Batesville.
