Mrs. Faye Elizabeth Cummins, 67, 1711 Bird Ave., died at 3:04 a.m. Sunday at St. John's Medical Center here where she had been a patient since April 20.

Mrs. Cummins was born March 5, 1909, in Springfield. She was a retired licensed practical nurse. She had lived in Joplin the last 11 years, moving here from Neosho. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Marvin D. Cummins; two daughters, Mrs Victor Weinrich, Independence, Mo., and Mrs. Donald Perry, Creston, Iowa; two sons, Dennis Cummins, Burbank, Calif., and Charles a Cummins, Schenectady, N. Y.; a brother, Harry Flummerfelt, Sylmar, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be announced by Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home, Webb City.

Services for Mrs. Faye Elizabeth Cummins, 67, 1711 Bird Ave., who died at 3:04 a.m. Sunday at St. John's Medical Center where she had been a patient since April 20, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church, 4th Street & Byers Avenue.
Dr. William Henderson will officiate. Burial will be in the Webb City Cemetery under the direction of Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home, Webb City.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Shadley, Pudge Copeland, Fred Thomas, Bob Bellis, Verne Copple and Bob Hainline.
Contributions may be made to the Jasper County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home.
