Obituary - Maxine (Dorsey) Holley
Maxine was born Feb 3, 1929 in Licking, MO as Maxine G Dorsey she was the
daughter of William Alpheus Dorsey and Susie E Beasley Dorsey. Her other
siblings were William Dorsey, died in infancy and Pearl Irene Dorsey. Maxine and
Pearl were raised by William H Adkins, Susie E. second husband after the death
of Wm Alpheus Dorsey.
Maxine passed on June 16, 2009. A son William P (Bill) Holley preceeded her in death as did her parents and her husband LT Holley. Also a brother Miley Adkins, and 2 sisters, Pearl Irene Dorsey/Adkins/Cross/Smith and Leona (Adkins) Lester.
Services were held at Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville, AR and burial in Kyler Cemetery Southside
