Nadine "Dee" Coram Kegley CHILHOWIE, Va. Nadine "Dee" Coram Kegley, 90, passed into the arms of Jesus on Nov. 4, 2010, in Chilhowie. A former resident of Warner Robins, Ga., Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Guy B. Kegley. Born May 23, 1920, in Boonville, N.C., Dee and her husband Guy were a devoted military family. 

After an active career all over the world, they retired to Warner Robins. Dee loved the game of golf; she was an avid golfer who excelled at the game and spent hours on the course with her friends and family. Dee moved to Virginia in 2005 to be cared for by her family in her declining health. 

Dee is survived by her great-nephew and caregivers, Dickie and Dawn Kegley, their children, Eric, Brandon, and Paige; her niece, Jean Smith; nephew, Jim Richardson; great nieces and great-nephews, Tamara Ball, Kyra Bishop, and Steve Kegley; and a very special caregiver and friend, Mary Thomas. Special thanks go to Mary Thomas for countless hours of comfort and devoted friendship. Thanks also go to the staff of Hometown Hospice who gave Dee great comfort as well as to Stevie and Sue on the first floor at Valley Health Care. Funeral services will be conducted in Andersonville, Ga., on Monday, Nov. 8. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hometown Hospice, 611 Campus Drive, Suite 700, Abingdon, VA 24210.
