Refrigeration technician
Haines City--Mr. Ralph H. Klemm of Haines City died Sunday (April 9, 1995) in
Winter Haven. He was 74. Born in DeKalb, Ill., on May 15, 1920, he was a
longtime resident of Haines City. He was a retired refrigeration technician for
Montgomery Air Conditioning in Haines City. He was a Army veteran of World War
II, serving as a paratrooper in the invasion of Normandy on D-Day and the
Central European battle in the Ardennes, where he was awarded the Purple Heart.
He was a graduate of HaInes City High School. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Klemm; sister, Dorothy Klemm, Haines City;
and stepsons, Tommy Herron, Churchill, Tenn., and Mack Herron, Merritt Island.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lane-Holt Funeral Home, 233
N. Ninth St., Haines City.
Mr. Klemm is buried in Haines City at Forest Hill Cemetery.
