89, of Springfield died Friday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born Sept. 10, 1906, in Roby, the daughter of Joner and Frankie Langley
Colburn. She married Manuel Nunes Sr. in 1928 in Springfield; he preceded her in
death in 1988. Survivors: two sons, Frank of Springfield and Manuel Jr. of
Dawson; two daughters, Mrs. Alric (Anna Mae) Handley Jr. and Mrs. Jerald (Ruth
Ann) Swiney, both of Springfield; nine grandchildren; 11 great-children; and
several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel, with John Hatala
officiating.
Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Buckhart.
