AUGUSTUS LEROY CANNADAY

69, of Fort Wayne died Sunday at Parkview Memorial Hospital. 

Born in Terre Haute, he lived in Fort Wayne since 1956. He was a World War II veteran and retired in 1984 after 43 years with Conrail. He was a member of Calvary Temple, Calvary Temple Bus Ministry for many years, and was a church deacon. 

Surviving are his wife, Lillian T.; sons, Rev. Stephen L. and David A., both of Fort Wayne; daughters, Deborah S. Heredia, Sandra K. Zurzolo and Bridget A. Simpson, all of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; and a great- grandchild. 

Calling will be 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Calling will also be 9 to 10 a.m. tomorrow at Calvary Temple Worship Center, with services following. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.
