Bill Allan Lovegrove, age 76, of Bluff City, TN, went to be with the Lord
Friday, June 17, 2011 at his home. He was born April 22, 1935 in Bristol,
VA, the son of the late William and Georgia Stewart Lovegrove. He was an
engineer for Raytheon Industries and a member of Tennessee Ave. Baptist
Church. Bill was a beloved husband, father and papaw and will be greatly
missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ricky
Lovegrove.
Survivors include:
Wife of 45 years: Frances Leonard Lovegrove
Daughter: Sharon Johnson and husband Jimmy
Sons: Dennis Vicars and Dawn Owens, David Vicars and wife Tracy, Troy
Lovegrove and wife Kim
Grandchildren: Jonathan and Joshua Johnson, Tate and Tyler Lovegrove,
Savannah and Holly Vicars
Sisters: Brenda Worley and husband William, Mary Jane Phipps and husband Jim
A memorial service for Mr. Lovegrove will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 at
6:00 PM in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Price
officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chuck Gavin, Bill Blaylock, Bob
Cox and Rodney Nidiffer.
