Obituary - Clyde Leon Steele
Clyde Leon Steele, 69, of Paragould went home to be with the Lord Monday
after a long and courageous battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
He was born Jan. 29, 1942 in Peach Orchard, AR to the late Ernest and Neta
Steele. He was a faithful member of the Peach Orchard Pentecostal Church for
many, many years.
He is survived by his wife Juanita; two sons Johnathan and Bobby (Crystal)
Steele of Paragould; one daughter Teresa (Frank) Oden of Paragould; two
stepchildren Randy Allen of Paragould and Kathy Turner of Michigan; several
grandchildren; and many friends.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Peach Orchard Pentecostal
Church. Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church under the
direction of Ermert Funeral Home with Carl McKinney officiating. Burial will
be at Jones Ridge Cemetery near Delaplaine.
Serving as pallbearers Micky Coffell, John Steele, Bobby Steele, Frank Oden,
Cody Steele, Erik Williams and Randy Allen.
