Dorothy Jean Richison (nee Wooster) of Jena, LA was born February 24,
1936 and passed from this life September 29, 2017 in Jena.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Oma Mabel
Stotler (nee Campbell) Wooster; siblings, Sarah Jane Snelson (nee Stotler),
William Roy, Lawrence Paul and Joseph Stotler, Ethel Grace Cooley (nee
Wooster), and James Douglas Wooster; children, Sharon Kay Lirette and
Theresa Ann Johnson; grandchild, Sara Sue Johnson.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 49 years, Billy Junior Richison;
four children, Chiquita (Charlie) Thompson of Jena, LA, Brenda Parsons of
St. James, MO, Kenneth (Debra) Johnson of Windsor, MO and Billy Troy (Linda)
Richison of Lafayette, LA; siblings, Betty (Harold) Warren of Thornton, CO
and Billie Kirkendall of Moutpelier, OH; 16 grandchildren; 25 great
grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews,
extended family and friends.
Dorothy was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister
and aunt. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Missouri
