Obituary - Edward Clinton Lingenfelter
Edward Clinton Lingenfelter, Rt. 2 Gridley, died Wed., July 2, 1908, at
St. Mary's Hospital in Emporia, KS. He was born June 27, 1908, At
Gridley, the son of Decatur and Olive Reed Lingenfelter. He was a
retired oilfield worker. He was a member of the Christian Church,
Gridley.
He was married to Dorothy Sellers on October 30, 1946, at Yaates
Center. She survives. They had no children. Also surviving
is a sister, Mrs. Faye Christy, Leroy.
Services were Saturday at 1:30 at the Christian Church, with interment in
Gridley Cemetery. The Jones Funeral Home, Burlington was in charge.
