Mrs. Ethel Morrow, 55, of 2525 Carnation, a Fort Worth resident 25 years, died Saturday in a hospital.

Mrs. Morrow, who had been blind since she was 5 years old, had operated a concession stand in the lobby of the Tarrant County Civil Courts Building for three years. Earlier, she ran the cigar stand at the U.S. Court House. She was a native of Hill County, a member of Randolf Sheppard Vendors of America and the Texas Federation of the Blind.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Marvin Batts and Mrs. Robert E. Green, both of Fort Worth and Mrs. John Reynolds of San Bernardino, Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Payne of Cleburne; three brothers, Elbert Payne of Redondo, Calif., Curtis Payne of California and E.C. Payne of Fort Worth; two sisters, Mrs. J.B. Piland of Fort Worth and Mrs. James G. Payne of Cleburne and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Shannon's North Chapel with burial
in Oakwood Cemetery.
