Obituary - Floyd C Hardwick

SHADY POINT — Floyd C. Hardwick, 85, of Shady Point died Saturday, April 30, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born Jan. 31, 1931, in Burns City, Ind. He worked for Ford Motor Co.y as a machinist and was a Navy veteran. 

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel with burial at 2 p.m. at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home in Poteau. 

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; three sons, Jeff Hardwick of Dallas, David Hardwick of Van Buren and James Hardwick of Bridge City, Texas; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be Josh, Jeremy, Jared, Caleb and Connor Hardwick and Chris Perkins. 

Viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m.
