Frances Hardwick Feb. 6, 1928 - April 15, 2013

WASHINGTON — Frances Cleo Hardwick, 85, of Washington and formerly of Elnora, died at 8:35 a.m. Monday at Prairie Village.

Born Feb. 6, 1928, in Sandborn, she was the daughter of Wilsie and Della (Allman) Baker. She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by a son, Mike Hardwick of Elnora; two grandchildren; and three sisters, Norma Cox and Ethel Stolle, both of Columbus, and Thelma Miller of Texas.

Her husband, Elmer Hardwick, died Aug. 21, 2000. She is also preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Charlie, Joe, Dayton, Ralph and Junior Baker; and four sisters, Kate Pritchard, Ann Falower, Stella Stewart and Mary Singer.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home, Washington Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
