Obituary - Fredrick Leroy Wiggins
He enlisted at age 16 in the United States Army and served as a
paratrooper. He spent part of the war as a P.O.W. in Germany. He also
received two purple hearts.
He is survived by one daughter, one son-in-law, three grandchildren and
their spouses, one great-grandchild, two sisters, one brother, several
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Bessie (Nail) Wiggins,
his wife Mildred Louise (Singletary) Wiggins, infant daughter Oleta Wiggins,
sister Virginia Martin and brothe Clifford Eugene Wiggins.
Services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Walker
Funeral Service Chapel, Shawnee, Oklahoma. Rev Larry Sparks will officiate.
Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, Oklahoma.
