MITCHELL Gail Ann (Girdley) Quinn , 58, of Mitchell, died Wednesday at her residence after an extended illness.
Born Oct. 1, 1943, in Washington, Ind., she was the daughter of Alexander Wayne and Mary (Wagner) Girdley, who have preceded her in death.
She moved to Indianapolis with her family at an early age and attended Howe High School. She then married Charles M. "Red" Quinn July 3, 1960, in Cohutta, Ga.

She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Bedford.

Survivors include her husband, Charles M. "Red" Quinn of Mitchell; two sons, Charles Edward Quinn and his wife, Stephanie, of Ellettsville and Jeffery M. Quinn , of Mitchell; two sisters, Jo Vickers and her husband, Eldon of Tucson, Ariz., and Julie Slater and her husband, Jim, of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, Brad Girdley of Columbus, Ohio (these make no sense, as family has clearly stated the siblings); and two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at 5 p.m. Sunday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Mitchell. Shirley Brothers Mortuaries of Indianapolis is in charge of arrangements.
