Gary Temujin Allen Rondal Carter, 26, of Clarksburg, passed away November 29, 2010 at United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. 
He was born in Clarksburg, WV on February 24, 1984, a son to Gary Allen Carter and Mildred “Mille” (Bramer) Carter.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

In addition to his parents Gary is survived by one brother, Attila Ray Johnathan Eugene Carter and Laura Jo Reed, Beckley, WV, two sisters, Sabrina Ingrid Michelle and Andrew Michael Baginsky, Dahlgren, VA and Hilda Juanita Carter, Clarksburg; paternal uncles; Frank Carter, Steven Carter, Roger and Nadia Carter; Maternal Uncles, Frank and Rose Bramer and Danny Bramer; paternal aunt, Cindy Carter; maternal aunts, Rossielee Bramer and Ruby Bramer ; nieces and nephews, Rose Marie Carter, Elijah Nicholas Carter, Nathaniel Krystopher Baginsky, Michael Robert Baginsky, Tristan Matthew Baginsky and Loralei Brooke Baginsky.

He served his country for eight years in the Navy and in the WV National Guard. Gary graduated from Fairmont State College in 2010 with a bachelors degree in history and science. He was employed by the Louis Johnson Veterans Medical Center, as a dietitian. He attended the Flemington Assembly of God.

Gary was a great advocate for the military. He encouraged many young people to enlist in the armed services. He was a mentor to many young men and women. He volunteered with the Big Brother and Big Sisters organization. Gary touched the lives of many people and loved to help those who needed guidance.

Gary was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, mentor and a special friend to Bobby and Eddie Praire, Christian Delapena, Seth Nicholson, Misty Fleming, Jeff Jackson  and Justin Kindle.

Friends will be received at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main St., Clarksburg from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. On Saturday and on Sunday 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. Where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, Dec. 6, 2010 with Pastor Gary Hayes presiding. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery, Prunytown. Military graveside rites will be accorded by the Harrison Co. Honor Guard and US Navy.
