GEORGE PATRICK KEGIN DIES AT 10:00 LAST NIGHT AT HIS HOME IN HOPKINS


George Patrick Kegin age ???, died at 10:00 last night at his home in Hopkins. He suffered a third stroke of paralytic about 2 hours before his death. He suffered the first stroke May 10,1919 and has been in poor health since that time.

 Mr. Kegin was born February 28,1864 in Platte County, Mo. He is survived by his wife and nine children - Mrs. Ralph Appleby, living East of Maryville, George Kegin and Mrs.Emmitt Wilder both of Hopkins, Roy Kegin of Camp Grant, Ill, Frances Kegin of Stanberry, MO, Harry Kegin, Oscar and Elizabeth of the home.

He also leaves 2 sisters and 2 brothers - Mrs. John Davison Clarinda LA, Price Kegin of Kansas City, MO, and James Kegin of Maryville.

 Burial rites will be held at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon at the family home in Hopkins and interment will be in the Hopkins Cemetery.
