AUBURN - Harold Eugene Farmer, 77, of Fitch Avenue, Auburn, died Thursday, March 17, 2005, at Auburn Memorial Hospital, Auburn.
Mr. Farmer was born in Rexford, Kan., the son of the late Orlo A. and Violet M. Bundy Farmer. He was employed by James V. Spano for 35 years, whom he considered dear friends. He enjoyed going to OTB and visiting with his friends.

He is survived by two sons, Harold Farmer Jr., of Idaho and Michael Farmer of Idaho; two daughters, Kimberly Farmer and Maria Pelc, both of Auburn; one step-daughter, Sherry Stephenson of Auburn; four sisters, Sally Catlett and her husband, Stan of Newport, Ore., Jane Keicher and her husband, Dee, of Burley, Idaho, Eleanor "Carol" Hadley of Reno, Nev. and Shirley Bell of Mountain Home, Idaho; grandchildren, Tyler and Myranda Wilkinson, Bryant Williams Jr. and Erica "Shock-a-loca" Manners, Devin Tillman, Teressa Bulla, Samuel Bulla Jr., Anthony Bulla ; several nieces and nephews; close friends Karen Pelc of Auburn, Leona Overstreet and family of Auburn, David Boardway of Montezuma, and Tracy Bertollini of Auburn; best friend, Little Johnny Evangelista, of Auburn; and loving companion, Abby.

Mr. Farmer was predeceased by a son, Jody Farmer; a daughter, Melanie Farmer; and loving friends, Mary Ann Stephenson and Peter Daghita. Friends were invited to call from 4 to 7 p.m.,
 
March 18, at the Brew Funeral Home, 48 South St., Auburn with a service immediately following at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fleming.
