Obituary - Helen F (Fowler) Morrow
Helen F. Morrow, 85, of Wichita Falls, died Monday, April 4, 2011.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 7, 2011, in
the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Interment will follow at
Crestview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens &
Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
The daughter of the late H. E. and Leona (Williams) Fowler, Helen was born
June 9, 1925, in Wichita Falls, Texas. On January 12, 1951, she and A.C.
"Doc" Morrow were married in Henrietta, Texas. She worked at Sears for 22
years prior to her retirement. Helen was a member of the Red Hat Society and
the DAV Auxiliary.
She was also preceded in death by her husband in 1999, A.C. "Doc" Morrow, a
sister, Wanda and a brother Burnell Fowler. Survivors include: son, Michael
L. Morrow and wife, Vi, of Lake Arrowhead, Texas; two grandchildren,
Jennifer Morrow of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Forrest Morrow of San
Diego, California; three great-grandchildren, Faith, Will and John Morrow;
and her dog, Sir Chad.
The family will receive friends and family from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
