Obituary - Jesse Clayton Harris
Jesse Clayton Harris, 45, of Terre Haute died at 11:50 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5,
2005, in Meadows Manor East. He was born Sept. 12, 1960, in Vigo County to
Jesse Francis Harris and Cecilia Ernestine Sterner Harris.
Survivors include his wife, Kimala L. Connett Harris, whom he married March
25, 1995, in Vigo County; two daughters, Chasity Lynn Harris of Terre Haute
and Britney Lee Harris of West Terre Haute; two sons, Joshua Brian Harris
and Jason Ryan Harris, both of West Terre Haute; one stepdaughter, Wendy
Lynn Roberts of Terre Haute; two stepsons, Terry Lee Roberts and Eric
Michael Roberts, both of Terre Haute; two sisters, Marilyn Kay Harris of
Rockville and Carolyn Sue Hobbs of Clinton; one brother, Joseph Virgil
Harris of Tennessee; eight grandchildren, Jaden Marie Gann, Ashton Alara
Gann and Preston Duane Montgomery, all of West Terre Haute, Macie Kaye Jo
Dunham, Emlee Alynn Dunham, Ashley Christine Padgett, Nathan Lee Roberts and
Michael Jase Roberts, all of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one nephew, Johnny Brown.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday in Fitzpatrick-Pearce Funeral Home, with the
Rev. David Deal officiating. Burial is in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation
is 10 a.m. until services Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to a
fund in his name to assist with final expenses. Envelopes will be available
in the funeral home.
