Obituary - Joyce Janet (Morrow) Westberg
RIVER OAKS - Janet Westberg, 61, a homemaker, died Saturday, June 12,
1999, at home.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at St. Elizabeth Episcopal
Church in River Oaks.
Memorials: Vitas Hospice, 2510 Parkview Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, in
lieu of flowers.
Janet Westberg was born Oct. 27, 1937, in Wichita Falls. She loved puzzles,
flowers, music and Southwestern art. She will be greatly missed by her
family and friends throughout the Southwest.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband, former husband and three
children.
Survivors: Daughters, Dorothy Gilstripe of Fort Worth and Lisa Alandt of
Phoenix, Ariz.; mother, Hazel Shields of Denver, Colo.; sisters, Allie Green
and Barbara Batts, both of River Oaks, Gayle Brodey and Sandra Lawson, both
of Wichita Falls, Carole James of Denver and Judy Roberts of Tulsa, Okla.;
nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
