Joyce Victoria Frisbie
GROVE, Okla. — Joyce Victoria Frisbie, 75, of Grove, Okla., died Sunday,
Aug. 25, 2013, at her home.
She was born Feb. 19, 1938, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Joseph William and
Hazel LaFern Brown Peltier.
Joyce was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She
also loved playing Bingo.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Doug Frisbie, of the home, to who she
was married May 20, 2008; one son, Doug Frisbie, of Norton, Kan.; three
daughters, Cherie Elliot and husband, Ron, of Bella Vista, Penny Frisbie, of
Belton, Mo., and Tammy Bryson and husband, Mike, of Grove, Okla.; one
brother, Gerald Peltier, of Bullhead City, Ariz.; two sisters, Marian Sutton
and Vicki Hare, both of Bella Vista; grandchildren, Robert Elliot, Josh
Elliot, Jade Elliot, Taya Elliot, Teyonia Brownell, Bobby Brownell, Rollin
Brownell, Shawn Frisbie, Rico Frisbie, Courtney Frisbie and Cory Kuykendall;
and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral
Chapel ,of Springdale. Burial will follow in Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will
be on Thursday from 12 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
