June Alice DAMRON, 48, Rt. 1, Macy (Nyona Lake), died at 12:22 a.m. Sunday, shortly after admission to Woodlawn Hospital. She had been in failing health for five years.
She was born in Bristol, Tenn., to Les and Gay BREWER HOCKETT. She moved to this area 14 years ago. On June 30, 1979 in Rochester she married Dewey DAMRON, who survives. She was a seamstress and a member of the Rochestr Church of God.
Surviving with her husband are a daughter, five sons, eight grandchildren; her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Gary (Ann) FISH, St. Peters, Mo., and Betty MORRELL, Kokomo, and a brother, Larry HOCKETT, Bristol. preceding in death were her father, two sisters and a brother.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Henry BRADLEY officiating. Burial will be in the Citizens Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
