Obituary - Martha (Anderson) Rutledge
RUTLEDGE -- Martha Jean, age 60, of Tulsa, died on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK.
She attended McLain High School and was married October 19, 1962 to George Roy Rutledge. Her interests included fishing, sports, bingo, trips to Las Vegas, flower arranging, watching "Dr. Phil" and "Court TV". For many years she worked as a single parent. She was a diligent homemaker and a devoted mother. Although her health failed, she was cheerful and optimistic until she passed away. She will be greatly missed by many friends and her family.
She is survived by: 2 daughters, Tracy Schaefer of Tulsa and Teresa Rutledge of Mannford; 3 brothers, Robert T. Anderson of Muskogee, John Earl Anderson of St. Charles, MO and Frank Spencer of Verdigris; 1 sister, Janet McCann of Broken Arrow; and 2 grandchildren, Chelsea and Tyler.
