Shirley Temple Worley GLADE SPRING , Va. Mrs. Shirley Temple Worley, 68, passed away Saturday, July 10, 2010, at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Ray and Stella Tuggle Ray; and an infant daughter. Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, James C. Worley; sons and their spouses, Dean and Diane Worley, Clinchburg,  Va., Jeff and Vickie Worley and Danny and Shelia Worley, all of Glade Spring, Russell and Tammy Worley, Meadowview, Va.; her sisters, Mary Worley and husband, Calvin, Chilhowie, Va., Linda Casey and husband Alvin, Hayter's Gap, Va., Audrey Casey and husband, Bobby, Glade Spring; her brothers, Mack Ray and wife, Dorothy, Clyde Ray and wife Shirley, Richard Ray and wife, Jewel, all of Hayter's Gap, Robert Ray, Chilhowie; her grandchildren, Chris and Sandy Lowery, Mountain City, Tenn., Jamie Lowery, Clinchburg, Jason Worley, Johnson City, Tenn., Rebecca and Josh Burke, Chilhowie, Brandi and Robert Lester, Atkins, Va., Heather and Curtis Williams and Jessica and Terry Dutton, all of Chilhowie, Jennifer Worley and Joel Frye, Rich Valley, Va., Kelly and Brandon Tenney, Russton Worley, Cadee Grace Worley and ReAnna Worley,all of Meadowview, Va.; 13 grandchildren; and five foster  grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the Midway Memorial Chapel, Route 107, Saltville, Va., with Pastors Kenny Gilbert, Roger O'Quinn and Tracy Puckett officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fall Hill Cemetery on the North Fork River Road. Pallbearers will be Rocky Casey, Eric Casey, Travis Casey, Chad Ray, Brad Ray and Ritchie Worley. Honorary pallbearers will be Todd Ray and Craig Ray.
