Tiffany K. Hatter, 30, a lifelong Hampton resident, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007. She is survived by her mother, Carolyn A. Smith; grandmother, Doris F. Wilson; and uncle, Terrnce S. Abbott. A private memorial service was held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Memorials may be made to the Animal Aid Society, P.O. Box 1895, Grafton, VA 23692.
