Ruth Virginia McCammon, 80, of Dugger, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006 at
Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.
Born April 15, 1926 in Sullivan County, she was the daughter of Earl Kail and
Mary Scott Kail.
She was a member of the Church of Christ in Dugger, the Pythian Sisters, the
Bykota Home Ec Club, Delta Theta Tau Sorority of Linton, and the Women's
Democrat Club of Sullivan County.
She is survived by and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in
death by a brother Paul Kail.
Her husband, Lloyd "Buzzy" McCammon, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2006.
Funeral service for both were at 11 a.m. today at Newkirk's Funeral Home in
Dugger with Brother J.B. Smith officiating.
Burial will be in the Dugger Cemetery.
