State of Indiana Martin County On this 23rd day of May 1883 personally appeared before
me Surelda Webster who after being duly sworn according to law deposes and
says that she was well and personally acquainted with Henry Sipes dec'd
and also with Isabell Sipes his wife that I also know the children of the
said parties and that of my own personal knowledge derived from the fact
that I was present at the time and also subsequent reference to the family
record know that the following named were born on the day and date set
opposite the name and that I have no interest in the prosecution of this
