Survived by her husband, Wilfred "Bill/Willie" Becker of Omaha; a daughter, Susan Becker Mundie and her husband, R. Bruce of Virginia and their daughter, Kathleen; a son, John Becker and his wife Amy Reichstadt Becker of Omaha and their children, Benjamin and Elizabeth; a sister, Renee Brosnihan of Omaha; a nephew, Mark Brosnihan, nieces, Shawna Nespoli, Ann Tupper and Kara Soukup. She is also survived by in-laws; Germaine Becker, Rita Vornhagen, Florenze and Charlene Becker, Mercedes Hobelhindrich, Rosemarie Paulsen, Charles and Genevieve Schulte, and Alan and Charlotte Wiebelbaus.


In Memory of Sharon (Dougherty) Becker
June 18, 1938 - November 9, 2010

Age 72. Omaha, NE. Died at home in Omaha. Sharon was born in Hartington to Leon
and Charlotte (McQuinn) Dougherty. She graduated from Holy Trinity High School
in 1956. Sharon graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Arts in
Education in 1962, and a Master of Arts in English from Omaha University in
1966. She taught at Beveridge Middle School in the Omaha Public School District
and retired in 1997 after teaching for 37 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Wilfred "Bill/Willie" Becker of Omaha; a daughter, Susan Becker Mundie and her husband, R. Bruce of Virginia and
their daughter, Kathleen; a son, John Becker and his wife Amy Reichstadt Becker
of Omaha and their children, Benjamin and Elizabeth; a sister, Renee Brosnihan
of Omaha; a nephew, Mark Brosnihan, nieces, Shawna Nespoli, Ann Tupper and Kara
Soukup. She is also survived by in-laws; Germaine Becker, Rita Vornhagen,

FUNERAL SERVICES Friday, November 19, 2010 at 5pm at Mary Our Queen Catholic
Church in Omaha.
VISITATION Thursday from 1-8pm with the family present from 6-8pm and a Vigil
Service at 6:30pm at the Crosby-Burket-Swanson-Golden Mortuary in Omaha.
