a.m. Oct. 4 in Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, Shelbyville, with calling from 4 to
8 p.m. Oct. 3. Burial: Forest Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville. Survivors: wife Anne
Elizabeth Harmon Andis children Janet Richardson, Linda Pike, Brinda Watkins,
Glen, Steven Andis 15 grandchildren 20 great-grandchildren a
great-great-grandson.

Herbert H. Andis, 94, Shelbyville, died Sunday, Johnson Memorial Hospital.
Born June 29, 1906, in Mario, Ill., s/o Jessie and Grace (German) Andis. Married Anne Elizabeth Harmon on October 10, 1925, and she survives.
Employed at Admiral Corp., retiring in 1975.
Member of the Indiana National Guard and the Fraternal Order of Police, Shelbyville.
Other survivors include 5 children, Janet Richardson, Linda Pike, Glen Andis, Mrs. David (Brinda) Watkins, and Stephen Andis, all of Shelbyville; 15 grandchidren and 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
Preceded in death by three sons, one brother and two grandchildren.
