Lee Bechdoldt
Lee Bechdoldt, age 79, of Huff died Monday in a local hospital. He was born in Pearl, Ill., and was a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Alva Smith Bechdoldt of the home; five sons, Robert Bechdoldt of Midland, Ga., George Bechdoldt and Billy Lee Bechdoldt, both of Sacramento, Calif., James Bechdoldt of Batesville and Gene Bechdoldt of Searcy; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Scott of Kensett, Mrs. Mary Barrett and Mrs. Lois Butler of Little Rock; one brother, Clyde Bechdoldt of Asbury, Mo.; three sisters, Mrs. Flossie Beaver of Hoisington, Kan., and Mrs. Frances Warell and Mrs. Julie Nelson of Carl Junction, Mo., 17 grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Swaim Chapel Church with The Rev. Delmar Butler and the Rev. Alvis Wood officiating. Burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery with Crouch Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
