Obituary - Clinton J Trowbridge
Clinton "Clint" J Trowbridge, 70, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026, at his home in Indianapolis, IN. He was born November 4, 1955 in Beech Grove, Indiana to his parents Clifford and Margaret (Martindale) Trowbridge. Clint spent his first five years living in Beech Grove before his family relocated to Greenwood, Indiana where he grew up. He attended Center Grove schools and graduated high school with the Class of 1974. Clint attended and became a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood when he was an adolescent.
Clint was a kind friend to everyone he met. He was a talented musician (guitar, piano), artist (watercolor, acrylic, oil) athlete (basketball, baseball, high jump/track/pole vault).
Clint was employed at College Life at the Pyramids of Indianapolis for many years, and Precision Plating of Beech Grove thereafter.
Clint was preceded in death by his father Clifford A. Trowbridge on September 6, 2024, his paternal grandparents Rev. Rolla and Mrs. Zelpha (Andis) Trowbridge, and his maternal grandparents Wendell and Sally (McMurry) Martindale.
Clint leaves behind one son, Clifford Daniel "Danny" Trowbridge. His mother also survives. He was the adored "big brother" to his surviving brothers and sisters Don (Sherry) Trowbridge, Brian (Penny) Trowbridge, Marla (John)McDowell and Jennifer (Kevin) Riley. Clint was Uncle to Kyle Trowbridge, Katie Trowbridge, Tyler Trowbridge, and Jordan Jamison who all survive him. He was blessed to have several Aunts and Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Our hearts are broken. We are grateful to our Father in Heaven for granting us the privilege of having Clint in our lives and for his contributions to his family in every circumstance. A celebration of his life is planned for Sunday, May 17th at 2:00 p.m. in the gathering room at Traditions At Solona Assisted Living, Indianapolis
