BLOOMINGTON — Jon Matthew Osmon, 54, died at 11:54 a.m. Monday at Bloomington Hospital. Born Oct. 2, 1957, in Daviess County, he was the son of Donald and Vonda (Pickett) Osmon.

A member of Plainville United Methodist Church, he was a former recreational therapist.

He is survived by two sisters, Madolyn Brown of Avon and Jackie Livingston of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two nieces, Audra McClelland and Gabriell Livingston.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Plainville Cemetery, with Bro. Richard Smith officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being made through Poindexter-Hall and McClure Funeral Home.
