June Baker Louderback, 82, passed away peacefully, Oct. 9, 2019, at her assisted living home in Clinton, Utah. She was born Oct. 11, 1936, in Longview, Wash., to Harold James and Frances E. Baker. June grew up in Toutle, Wash., and graduated from Toutle High School in 1954.

After high school, she attended University of Puget Sound where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and graduated with a degree in occupational therapy in 1958. While attending UPS, June met and married her husband, Johnnie I. Louderback, Dec. 22, 1957.

After college, June and Johnnie moved to various United States Air Force bases during his 22 year career. She was active in Officer Wives Clubs and volunteered at the base hospitals. When John retired from the Air Force in 1980, they moved back to their home state of Washington. June started working as an occupational therapist with Lewis County schools. She retired in 2008.

June loved her hobby of decorative painting. She was a member of Pacific Palettes painting group, The Society of Decorative Painters and was certified decorative painting instructor. She was a gifted artist, enjoyed traveling, gardening and sewing.
June is survived by two daughters, Tammi (Bob) Kruse of Rapid City, S.D. and Holly (Scott) Jessop of Kaysville, Utah; one son, Eric (Julie) of Amity, Ore.: 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Humphreys; and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie; parents, Harold James and Frances Baker; Johnnie's parents, Irwin and Lucille; and brother-in-law, Terry Humphreys.

At June's request, no service will be held. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Neptune Society. Her ashes will be laid to rest next to her husband at the Menlo Washington cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research
