Obituary - Letetia Lynn (Stanley) Andis
ANDIS, Letetia "Lynn," 39, licensed practical nurse, died Wednesday. Services 1 p.m. Monday, Abiding Life Fellowship, Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory.

Letetia Lynn Andis was born March 11, 1975 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to David Stanley and Letetia Swepston Stanley. She met the love of the life, David Wayne Andis, on May 1, 1993 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and they have been together in love every day since. They resided and were raising their three boys in Muskogee, Ok.
Lynn boarded the old ship of Zion as Captain Jesus brought the ship to dock on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. She was surrounded by family and friends. She was a member of the Fort Gibson Pentecostal Church of God for a number of years. Lynn was a Christian who loved talking about God and reading his Word.
Lynn attended Woodall School as a child and graduated from Fort Gibson High School with the class of 1993. She was a stay at home mom for several years while their boys were small and then attended Bacone College earning her degree in the nursing field. She worked at several nursing homes in Muskogee where she touched the lives of the people she took care of. She loved working in her flower garden when spring time arrived, selling Scentsy, going on vacations to any place by the ocean, visiting Graceland, and many other trips. The thing she loved most was just being with her husband, boys, and granddaughter, no matter what they were doing.
Lynn was preceded in death by her Father and Mother-in-law, Wilburn and Dorothy Andis; her mother, Letetia Swepston; her sister, Mary Stanley; and her brother, Joe Stanley.
Lynn is survived by her husband, David Andis; sons, Jordan Andis and Hayden Andis, both of the home, and son, Austin Stanley and wife, Jama, and granddaughter, Aubrey of Seminole, OK; father, David Stanley Sr. and wife of Tahlequah, OK; brothers, David Stanley Jr. of Tahlequah and Kenny Stanley of Porter; sister, Rita Lucas of Tulsa; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sister and brother-in-laws; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services celebrating Lynn's life will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2014 at Abiding Life Fellowship Church with Pastor Tonna Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee. Pallbearers will be David Andis, Jordan Andis, Hayden Andis, Austin Stanley, Russell Andis, and Chrisitan Andis. Honorary pallbearers will be David Stanley Jr., Aaron Mason, Tyriq Beasley, and Michael Durossette.
