DECATUR -Mrs. Roy (Mildred M.) Reed, 70, of Decatur died 3:40 p.m. Tuesday (June 16, 1992) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Argenta, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery Argenta. Memorials: Lodge Church of God.

Mrs. Reed was born Sept. 2, 1921 in Piatt County, daughter of Ralph and Naomi Foster White. She was a homemaker and affiliated with the Grace United Methodist Church. She married Roy J. Reed in 1954.

Surviving are her husband; sons, Kent Reed of Argenta; Daniel and his wife Nora Reed of Maroa; daughters, Kam Sumpter and her husband Jerry of Forsyth Pamela Brandon of Decatur; brother, Donald White of Sacremento, Calif. sisters, Betty Kaufman of Argenta; Mrs. Bernard (Maxine) Evans of Decatur, Mrs. Robert (Pauline) Parker of Decatur; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.

Her parents, one brother and one grandson preceded her in death.
