Obituary - Robert John Foley
Robert John (Bob) Foley, 73, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Sunday, April 20th, peacefully, at Pioneer Health Care Center.
Bob was born in Spokane, WA on March 19, 1941, a son of the late Marie J. (Matthews) and Frank Robertson Foley.
He graduated from high school in New York and from Pratt Institute in New York.
Bob was the husband of Elladine Marie (Ellis) Foley they were married on August 1, 1968 in Colorado Springs, CO.
He worked as a Principal Engineer/Cad-Cam Manager at General Dynamics in San Diego, CA. for over 36 years retiring in 1998.
Bob was a member of the Pacific Power Boat Club in San Diego and the Alfa Romeo Car Club in Escondido, CA.
He is survived by his wife Elladine of the residence;
Son Frank R. husband of Sabrina Foley, of Redlands, CA;
Daughter Melissa M. Foley, of Rocky Ford, CO;
Sister Linda, wife of John Fink, of Grand Ronde, OR;
Grandson Jason R. Nichols, of Rocky Ford, CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no local services or viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home.
