	birth record. 2) Husband of Wilma Louise Andis - Gerald Gilbert Summers - born 20 Jun 1914 Daviess Co, IN; birth records; died 01 Aug 1981 Morgan Co, IN; death certificate; cause of death: crushed chest from car accident; buried Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, Johnson, IN - see tombstone photo below; copies of newspaper articles; obituary, funeral card and funeral notice; son of Owen M Summers and Maude Myrtle Henry. 3) Per Arlena (Andis) Coffman: Wilma was nicknamed "Wormy". She used to sing this little song, "Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, I'm gonna go eat some worms." That's how she got her nickname. I loved my Aunt "Wormy". She was so much fun and kept everyone laughing. She was very quick-witted and exceptionally intelligent. 4) We have a copy of Wilma's death certificate, obituary, funeral card and funeral notice. Cause of death: multiple injuries from a two-car collision. Wilma's husband, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter died at the scene. Wilma went on to live 2 more months.
