* There is a Julia A Webster (age 48) that is enumerated as an inmate in the Oklahoma Institution for Feeble Minded in North Enid, Garfield, OK in the 1920 census. The records state she was born in MO. All details match, but we are unsure as to whether this is "our" Julia or not. "Our" Julia was last found in the 1910 census, living with her parents at the age of 37, and was also referenced in her mother Sarah's obituary in 1913. Given the fact that most women were married quite young (yet she is at home at 37), this could be another indication of a match. One also has to consider that her mother (Sarah) died in 1913 and it is unknown where her father (Survetus) is after 1915.
